Feeling stressed or anxious? 🌿✨
Try this calming essential oil blend in your diffuser to create a peaceful and serene environment:

Stress-Relief Essential Oil Blend:

Lavender Oil: Renowned for its calming and relaxing properties, lavender oil helps reduce stress and promote a sense of tranquility.

Bergamot Oil: This citrusy oil is uplifting and balancing, known for its ability to reduce anxiety and improve mood.

Ylang Ylang Oil: With its sweet, floral scent, ylang ylang oil helps alleviate stress and fosters feelings of relaxation and joy.

How to Diffuse Safely:

Add 3 drops of lavender oil, 2 drops of bergamot oil, and 2 drops of ylang ylang oil to your diffuser.

Fill the diffuser with water up to the recommended level.

Turn on the diffuser and enjoy the soothing aroma.

Remember to only diffuse for 15/30 minutes, 2/3 times a day to avoid sensitisation.

Always use in a well-ventilated area and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
