Hot and cold stones can be added for a firmer massage and to bring balance to the body. All massages include the use of pre blended essential oils

Hugely beneficial to mum and baby. Recieving regular massages during prgnancy will help allieviate common aches and pains. A relaxed body and mind will support you through your labour

Treat your skin to a double cleanse, followed by exfoliation and hot towels. Ease away tension with a 20min shoulder, neck, face and scalp massage. Mask therapy and foot massage. Finishing with serums, eye products and moisturiser. Pure bliss
